Tell Boxflow once who handles what. From then on, every new eBox and MyMinfin message is assigned, forwarded or sent to your software automatically.
How it works
An automation is a simple rule with three parts. You can create as many as you need, and combine several actions in one rule.
A new message arrives from eBox Enterprise or MyMinfin.
It matches your conditions, for example the receiving company and the sender.
Boxflow carries out your actions: assign, email, set a status or call a webhook.
Conditions
Combine conditions to target exactly the right messages. All conditions of a rule must match.
Which of your companies received the message.
eBox Enterprise or MyMinfin.
For example FPS Finance, a social security institution or a municipality.
Contains (or does not contain) one or more keywords.
Messages received before or after a given date.
Only messages with a given status, or that are not assigned yet.
Actions
Every rule can carry out one or more actions, in the order you choose.
Examples
A few examples of what organisations automate with Boxflow.
traffic fines for company cars go straight to the fleet manager by email, with the PDF attached.
messages from the social security institutions are assigned to the HR team.
everything for a subsidiary goes to that subsidiary's finance manager.
property tax assessments are assigned to the property manager.
tax documents are assigned to the accountant responsible for that client.
every message is sent to SharePoint through Make, in a folder per company.
Traceability
Every action an automation carries out is recorded in the message's audit trail: who it was assigned to, to whom it was emailed and when its status changed.

Yes. A rule can, for example, assign a message to a team, email it to a manager and call a webhook at the same time.
Every new account starts with a fall-back rule that emails each new message to the administrator, so nothing gets lost. All messages also remain available in Boxflow.
