Tax assessments, reminders and other FPS Finance documents land in MyMinfin. Boxflow fetches them every hour for each of your companies and delivers them to whoever needs to follow up.
The problem
Important tax documents, hidden behind yet another login
MyMinfin is the FPS Finance portal where companies receive their tax documents. Checking it means logging in with eID or itsme, company by company, and passing the documents on by hand.

Most, but not all documents are delivered both in MyMinfin and in eBox Enterprise.

Set-up
One authorisation per company
You connect MyMinfin in Boxflow with the official government login. That is the last time you need eID or itsme for that company.

Log in with eID, itsme or another government authentication method and grant Boxflow access.

Boxflow stores the connection encrypted, tests it and starts synchronising automatically.

For the one-time activation of the link between Boxflow and MyMinfin, the legal representative of the company needs to login.
