Do my colleagues need eID or itsme?
No. They log in to Boxflow, optionally with single sign-on, and see the messages meant for them.
Can I assign a message to a whole team?
Yes. Messages can be assigned to a person or to a team, by hand or automatically.
Can colleagues only see their own messages?
Yes. With the advanced user permissions of the Pro plan, you can limit users to selected companies or to the messages assigned to them or their team.
How many users can I invite?
That depends on your plan, from 1 user on the Free plan to unlimited users on the Enterprise plan.
Can we comment on messages?
Yes. You can add comments on a message, and every action is recorded in the audit trail.
