Read-only access
Our access is limited to reading messages. Boxflow cannot send, sign or file anything on behalf of your company, and never deletes messages from your eBox.
Secure keys per customer
For eBox Enterprise, every customer uses its own certificate. All data is exchanged through short-lived, secure tokens – never with your eID or itsme.
Encrypted and in the EU
Attachments are stored encrypted (AES-256) and your data stays within the European Union.

How do I consult the eBox of several companies without logging in again each time?
Connect each company to Boxflow once. Boxflow then retrieves the messages of all companies every hour, so you see them in one overview without any eID or itsme login.
How many companies can I connect?
That depends on your plan. There is a free plan for one company, paid plans for more companies and an Enterprise licence for an unlimited number.
Can messages go to a different person per company?
Yes. Automations can filter on receiving company, sender, message type and subject, and forward messages to a mailbox, a colleague or a team.
Do we still need to manage roles in eGov role management?
Only to give Boxflow access once. After that, you manage who sees which messages in Boxflow itself.
Is Boxflow secure enough for confidential group information?
Boxflow only has read access, uses secure certificates and tokens per customer, stores attachments encrypted within the EU and is regularly tested by ethical hackers.
Do I need to set up Boxflow myself?
You can, but you don’t have to. Most customers set up Boxflow themselves: our wizard guides you through the last login with eID or itsme, and we keep every step as user-friendly as possible.
