NSSO messages, Dimona notifications, wage garnishments: Boxflow delivers them automatically to your HR team, without everyone with eBox access reading along.
Already trusted by 275+ Belgian companies
Confidentiality
Anyone with access to a company's eBox can, in principle, see every message. Since documents from the FPS Finance are delivered directly into eBox Enterprise, that now includes reminders, fines, VAT details and garnishments that used to be visible only in MyMinfin.
Good to know
A message about a garnishment on an employee's wages arrives in the eBox. Anyone with eBox access – including people outside HR – can open it. With Boxflow, it goes straight to the HR team, and with the right user permissions it stays there.
Reclaim your time
eBox and MyMinfin email you when a new message arrives, but not what it says. So for every notification, someone opens the portal, logs in with itsme or eID, finds the message and downloads it, only to discover whether it was relevant at all. When several people share that job, it quickly becomes unclear who has handled what, and messages get missed.
How it works
Boxflow connects to the eBox Enterprise and MyMinfin of every company you add and fetches new messages every hour. Each message passes through your automations, which decide where it goes: the Boxflow portal, a mailbox or one of the tools you already use.
A message arrives
Boxflow processes it
Automations Flexible rules to route your messages to the right place Read moreRole management
Today, who may open a company's eBox is managed in the government's eGov role management: a cumbersome portal where you add people one by one, per company. And when employees leave, their permissions are often never retired, so former colleagues can still read your government mail. With Boxflow, none of that is needed anymore.
Easy set-up
Connecting a company takes a few minutes. You log in one last time with eID or itsme to give Boxflow access, and from then on we sync the messages hassle-free.
Security
Your government messages contain sensitive information. That is why security is not an add-on at Boxflow, but the starting point.
Boxflow is regularly penetration-tested by independent ethical hackers.
Our access is limited to reading messages. Boxflow cannot send, sign or file anything on behalf of your company, and never deletes messages from your eBox.
For eBox Enterprise, every customer uses its own certificate. All data is exchanged through short-lived, secure tokens – never with your eID or itsme.
Attachments are stored encrypted (AES-256) and your data stays within the European Union.
