How do I archive eBox messages in SharePoint automatically?
Use our official Make app: the “Watch Messages” trigger fires for every new message, “Download a File” retrieves the attachment and a SharePoint module saves it in the folder of your choice. Make.com is free up to 1,000 credits per month and a typical scenario that syncs one message from Boxflow to Make uses about 5 credits, so you can sync around 200 eBox messages per month for free. Prefer to build your own logic without Make? That works too: provide an endpoint on your side that receives the webhook, retrieves the message through our API and saves it where you want.
Does Boxflow have an API?
Yes, a REST API to retrieve companies, messages and attachments, with public documentation. In addition, every automation can send a webhook.
