Boxflow connects to the eBox Enterprise of each of your companies and fetches new messages every hour. No more eID or itsme login per company: your messages simply arrive where they are needed.
The problem
eBox Enterprise is the official electronic mailbox of Belgian companies. More and more government services, including the social security institutions and FPS Finance, deliver their letters there instead of on paper.
Without Boxflow, someone has to log in with eID or itsme, for every company, just to find out what kind of message has arrived.
Access is all-or-nothing: whoever can open a company's eBox sees every message in it.
eBox cannot forward messages to a colleague, a shared mailbox or any application you are running.
Set-up
Our wizard guides you step by step. You log in one last time with eID or itsme to grant Boxflow access, and from then on everything runs automatically.
Boxflow generates a security certificate that is unique to your company.
Upload the ceritificate in the government 's Channel Management portal.
Paste the client ID that Channel Management shows you into Boxflow.
In the eBox Enterprise settings, you enable “Become a DocConsumer” and accept the conditions. Done.

Managing several companies? Repeat the same steps, once for every company. Boxflow then collects the messages of all of them in one overview.
Synchronisation
Boxflow checks eBox Enterprise for new messages every hour, for every connected company. Expecting something urgent? Start a manual sync from the message list with one click.
What happens next
Now that Boxflow has synced your message, we can pass it through flexible automations, which decide where messages should go: a team inbox in Boxflow, an email address or one of the tools you already use.

The permission to sync your eBox messages is linked to your enterprise number, so you no longer have to manage users in eGov Role Management when colleagues join or leave.
You stay in control
Boxflow only reads your messages. Your eBox Enterprise keeps working exactly as before, so you can keep using it alongside Boxflow, or go back to it whenever you like.
