Read-only access
Our access is limited to reading messages. Boxflow cannot send, sign or file anything on behalf of your company, and never deletes messages from your eBox.
Secure keys per customer
For eBox Enterprise, every customer uses its own certificate. All data is exchanged through short-lived, secure tokens – never with your eID or itsme.
Encrypted and in the EU
Attachments are stored encrypted (AES-256) and your data stays within the European Union.

Yes. Boxflow is built for organisations with many companies. All messages come together in one overview, and with an Enterprise licence you can connect an unlimited number of companies and users.
Can we keep using our own sign-in policies?
Yes. With single sign-on through Microsoft Entra ID or Google Workspace, your sign-in policies such as multi-factor authentication apply.
Can we limit who sees which entity?
Yes. You decide per user which companies they can access, and you can limit users to the messages assigned to them or their team.
Can Boxflow deliver messages to our own systems?
Yes, through email, our Make app, Power Automate, webhooks or the REST API.
Do you offer an Enterprise licence?
