Boxflow now available as a Verified App on Make.com
Boxflow is now an official Verified App on Make.com. This integration makes it easier than ever to integrate your eBox and MyMinfin messages with any of the 3,000 supported apps on Make.
What is Make.com?
Make.com is a powerful no-code automation tool that builds scenarios with triggers and actions. A Make-verified Boxflow module is now available, allowing you to easily synchronize your messages from eBox Enterprise and MyMinfin to tools such as Microsoft 365, HubSpot, Stripe, or Notion, without any programming knowledge.
How do I set up an integration?
1) Generate an API token
First, we must inform you that setting up an integration with Make is only possible if you are an administrator in your Boxflow environment.
We start in your Boxflow profile: click on your profile picture and select Profile.

At the bottom of the screen, you can create an API token. Copy the API token, as it is only visible once. Keep it safe: with such a token, someone could access your entire Boxflow environment on your behalf.
2) Create an automation
Now go to your Automations in Boxflow and create a new automation. You can set Conditions so that messages are only sent to Make if they meet certain conditions (e.g., only for messages from a specific sender).
For Action, select Webhook. You can leave all fields at their default settings. We just need to get the URL from Make.
3) Connect Boxflow to Make
Create an account on Make.com and start a New scenario. Click on the + button and search for Boxflow. Typically, you will want to configure three Boxflow modules in succession:
Watch Messages: This module ensures that Make is notified as soon as a message is available in Boxflow. When you click on this module, you can create a new webhook, and you can paste the address you receive into the URL field of your automation in Boxflow.
Get Message Attachments: Retrieves the PDF documents associated with the message. You can link the fields in this module to the values from the previous module.
Download a File: Downloads the PDF documents in question. You can link the fields in this module to the values from the previous two modules.

4) Link to your apps
You can then link a number of applications that are supported by Make as standard. For example, you can:
Automatically upload messages to your Google Drive, Dropbox, OneDrive, or Sharepoint
Send messages directly to a CRM or accounting package, such as HubSpot, PipeDrive, or Exact Online
Deliver messages to an (S)FTP server at your office
Receive a notification in Teams, Slack, or another channel
Link AI modules such as ChatGPT that can summarize, translate, or interpret the content of the messages
The possibilities are endless in practice, because Make also has a generic HTTP module that allows you to link virtually any package that has an API.
Does it seem a little too technical?
Make has an extensive partner network that you can call on to help you build your integration. And at Boxflow, we are daily users ourselves, so don't hesitate to contact us. We are happy to help you, from a technical question to setting up the entire integration you have in mind.
